4) new: If your site is specifically related to Japanese content I will consider PR3 or higher sites.
5) No spam, illegal, risky, bondage, or extreme niche sites.
6) Blogger (blogspot) blogs will not be accepted, as most are being deleted.
7) new: All links with the words "porn" or "sex" in the title will be rejected. (You can change your usual link title to conform to this rule if you wish.)
8) A hardlink is forever, not just for christmas, I check my reciprocal links daily, don't remove my link after we have agreed an exchange.
